Darren has been in real estate since 2002, bringing immense knowledge and experience to our team. He oversees project acquisition and is dedicated to ensuring your experience is nothing short of amazing. As founder of the Ducote Group, he has become an incredible mentor to all our team members.
Outside of work, Darren loves golf and all things boating-related during the warm North Idaho summers.

Svetlana brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence set her apart in the real estate field. With an extensive background in new construction, she excels at guiding buyers through the complexities of building a new home, offering unmatched insight and support.

Holding a master’s degree from Gonzaga University, Svetlana combines her dedication to real estate with a strong foundation of academic achievement. Her professionalism, backed by her education and unwavering work ethic, ensures clients receive the highest level of service and care
When she’s not in the office or out in the field, Svetlana enjoys spending her summers on the golf course or boating on the beautiful local waters. More recently, she has taken up the art of beekeeping, savoring the rewards of her efforts with hot tea and honey by a cozy fire during the winter months.
